We use a hydraulic press to prepare our juices. In this labor-intensive method, we apply 5,000 pounds of pressure to organic fruits and vegetables to extract their juice. This retains up to 500% more of the powerful vitamins, trace minerals and enzymes from the produce than any other juicing technique. The juice tastes sensational and vibrant, and is so fine and pulp-free, it can be absorbed into the blood stream to feed the body’s cells within 10 to 15 minutes.
